4-6 years old
This is a quick, energized class that uses Taekwondo oriented games to help students develop gross motor skills, coordination, and concentration. This class is a half an hour long, specifically designed to match the attention span of the students. Fun-filled activities help the students develop listening skills, memory, and the confidence they need to enter the school system and other organized activities.

7-10 Years Old
Along with having fun, and playing agility focused games, students in this class will follow a belt ranking system to help them learn the Martial Arts way. We work hard to do develop the students memory, confidence, and discipline, while teaching Taekwondo techniques. We try to foster an encouraging atmosphere to help students set and reach individual goals.

11-14 Years Old
This Junior class is fast paced, and focused around this unique age group of students. We work hard to create a welcoming environment where confidence, character development and inner strength can grow. This goal oriented class is focused on constantly improving Self-defense skills, physical fitness, strength, flexibility, and confidence. The Junior student is not only working towards their junior Black Belt, but they are also training for the shift into higher education, and eventually the workforce.

15 Years Old & up
This high energy class focuses on all aspects of the Martial Arts, while learning certain skills and techniques needed to achieve a Black Belt. Physical fitness, self-defense, strength, flexibility, confidence, focus, and discipline are what we are consistently working to improve. The adult student can expect to work at an individual pace to achieve these skills, since all of our techniques can be tailored to each individual students needs and fitness levels. We work hard to create a welcoming environment where confidence, character development and inner strength can grow. This helps develop a lifetime of fitness for both the body and mind.
